Overview:
- T wave: represents ventricular repolarization
- Normal T waves: asymmetric & generally in same direction as QRS
- T waves in right-precordial leads (V1-V2) differ in infants & adults
T waves in V1-V2:
- Term newborn infants: upright T waves
- 7-days-old: inverted T waves
- RVH: upright T waves <7 y/o
- 7-years-old: upright T waves
- Persistent juvenile T wave pattern: continued asymmetric T wave inversion >7 y/o only in V1-V3
